Head Pastry Chef
We are seeking a Pastry Chef who prides themselves on running a pastry section, preparing, baking and presenting high quality deserts, cakes and afternoon teas, taking responsibility for all dishes coming out of their section.
You should demonstrate excellence in leading, training and developing the more junior chefs in the kitchen.
You are keen to learn and push yourself to develop your career as a Pastry Chef.
You are enthusiastic to use your skills in baking, and in organising and managing your section.
You demonstrate passion and flair for creating trend setting dishes to ensure the highest standards are constantly achieved on a daily basis.
