This is a great opportunity for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to be part of an exciting transformation of the new Adult Front Door Service. The Service supports people at the earliest opportunity and maximizes the effectiveness of early intervention and prevention. With the aim to prevent or delay individuals from developing longer term care and support needs. This enables individuals to be healthy for as long as possible, self-managing long-term conditions.

In accordance with Section 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 this post requires the ability to converse at ease with the members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
