Oulder Hill Community School and Language College is a very successful school and one of the largest in Rochdale. A multi-million pound PFI rebuilding/refurbishment was completed in Autumn 2007 to provide state-of-the-art facilities for students, staff and the community. The school serves a large area in the west of the borough. ART TECHNICIAN

 

Salary: Grade 3 – SCP 14-17 (Actual Salary £14,199 - £15,038)

Hours: 37 Hours per Week – Term Time Only

 

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Technician (Level 2) to work within the Art department and across the whole school.

 

Are you creative, organised and looking for a job where you can make a real difference, then we need you! We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic person to join our Technical Support Team. We need someone to support our Expressive Arts department in delivering a first class experience to our Students whilst also working alongside other technical support staff to improve the learning environment across the school.

You will need to be creative with a working knowledge of a range of art and design techniques and computer programmes and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will not only help make our school look fantastic, they will also have a direct positive impact on our Student’s success within the classroom.
