Salary: £9 per hour (£17,364 per annum pro rata)

External candidates applying for this role must be a Rochdale Resident who lives within the municipal boundaries of the Borough of Rochdale.

 

Facilities Management is looking to recruit conscientious and reliable kitchen cleaners to join our friendly team of catering assistants to work in our Schools and Public Buildings throughout the Borough (Rochdale, Middleton, Heywood and Littleborough).

 

Duties include undertaking, individually, or as part of a team, the cleaning of designated premises and associated accommodation to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.  Duties will include dishwashing, cleaning kitchen areas as directed, setting up of the dining room.

 

Cover will be required term time only and over the lunch-time period.  Various hours are available.

 

Experience is desirable but full training will be given.

 

Health and safety regulations must be strictly adhered to

 

 

Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced DBS including a barred list check against the child workforce
