The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to who is able to support pupils with EHC plans.
- Demonstrate a willingness to support the Catholic ethos of our school. (All faiths are welcome to apply.)
- Demonstrates a high level of written and spoken English
- Willing to work across Key Stage 1
- An exemplary practitioner with knowledge, understanding and experience of working with children with SEND
- Exhibit excellent practice to inspire and motivate children
- The ability to enthuse and engage children in their learning through the planning of a variety of activities
- Effective organisational skills to meet deadlines
- Good communication and sound interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Show a commitment to professional development and reflective practice
- Demonstrate confidence and flexibility
