In accordance with Section 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 this post requires the ability to converse at ease with the members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

We are seeking a creative, imaginative, child centred person with good communication skills to join the Early Support Key Worker Team.

The Early Support Key Worker Team is a home visiting service that works with new young babies to 3 year olds with a range of complex health needs and disability to enable them maximise their full potential and support them move into educational settings..

While the team works to support children grow and develop their skills the team also works with children with Life limiting condition and support families where children are on end of life plans.

The Early Support team works as part of a multi-disciplinary service and in partnership with a range of health therapists.

Team members are offered regular monthly supervision and can access a range of training.

Casual User Car Allowance is payable

Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced DBS including a barred list check against the child workforce
