Food Science & Nutrition Technician Level 2

We are seeking to appoint a Food Science & Nutrition Technician to join a vibrant Food Science & Nutrition Department.

The successful candidate will support the work of the Food Science & Nutrition dept and ensure that resources for lessons are prepared and available and that the environment is safe and hygienic. It would be suitable for someone who has a passion for cooking, cleaning and sourcing ingredients.

Our aim at Kingsway Park High School is to raise attainments and improve life opportunities for all the young people we serve. The school believes in high aspirations for both staff and students and we are confident that we have created a culture and environment that is of high quality with positive working relationships for all. We want both staff and students to be the very best they can be.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring and background check.
