We need you to complement our existing hard working teams.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Work Practice Manager to join our innovative and passionate service in the First Response Team::

This team is responsible for providing the assessment of need/risk and ensuring there is a timely and effective plan in place for children and families.  This team has case holding responsibility of children in need.

We create SMART plans with our families to ensure goals are achievable, focussed and realistic whilst being specific to each individual child, young person and family
