Lowerplace Primary School. We are a large two / three form entry school with 503 pupils on roll. Lowerplace is on an exciting journey of rapid school improvement following our April 2017 Ofsted inspection and the recent recruitment of our Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.

 

The Governors of Lowerplace Primary School wish to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated and suitably qualified Business Manager to support the smooth running of the school. You will need a keen eye for accurate financing coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful applicant will be a member of, and will work closely with, the senior leadership team.

 

You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate financial management of the school budget and take responsibility for general personnel matters, so we are looking to appoint an approachable and enthusiastic person who will be able to ensure that the school’s Financial; HR and administrative systems and structures are robust. We are looking for a team player with a positive approach who will embrace the challenges of a busy school environment.

 

You will be responsible for the line management of the admin support team within the school office.

 

A good knowledge of LA Funding would be an advantage as would knowledge of SIMS software.
