are experienced Business Support administrators with excellent communications
and IT skills, and are able to work on their own initiative and as part of a
team.
Rochdale
Children’s Services are looking to recruit 2 Business Support Officers to
provide professional administrative and financial support to managers and
operational staff in Children’s Social Care and Early Help and Schools.
To be
successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual,
who is well organised with the requirement to take minutes at meetings and
manage document distribution.
You will
need to be able to work under pressure and demonstrate that you are a highly
motivated individual who works to a high standard as part of a team and on your
own initiative. You need to be flexible
and demonstrate that you have experience in working in a busy office
environment.
Whilst in
this role you will also be required to work within General Data Protection
Regulations as you will be receiving, handing and processing sensitive and
confidential documentation, data and information.
You should
also have excellent Customer Services skills.
You should be proficient in working with standard office ICT
applications and with training be able to navigate in-house case management systems
to retrieve and record information.
