Kingsway Park High School is looking to appoint a dynamic, outgoing Administrator/receptionist who has a real desire to work in a school and support the needs of all students. It will also involve supporting the Receptionist and Pastoral team with administration tasks as well as liaising with parents/carers and external agencies.

It requires someone who can work well under pressure, has excellent communication skills, is well organised and has lots of initiative. An excellent telephone manner will also be essential.

The job will be very varied, rewarding and requires someone with a lot of initiative.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment to this post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring and background check.
