From September 2021 we are opening a new Inclusion department, Kingsway Avenue. This will provide a bespoke curriculum for some of SEND students, including those with C&I, C&L, Sensory/physical and some SEMH. Kingsway Avenue students will attend foundation lessons with their foundation tutor, in “Kingsway Avenue” itself which is a purpose and go to specialist lessons within Kingsway Park High School. They will have a strong pastoral support network though our Foundation Co-ordinator, their nominated TAs and our Inclusion Team and a range of tailored options for work experience, social development and personal progress

 

The successful candidate will join a developing and forward thinking SEND dept led by a passionate and enthusisastic SENDCo.

 

 

Due to the Covid pandemic if you are unable to secure certificates of your qualifications, then evidence from your awarding body/provider that you have passed will be accepted. This is a temporary arrangement until August 2021. If you are appointed to the post, every attempt should continue to be made to obtain your certificates as evidence of your qualifications.Your offer will be conditional upon the receipt of the original certificates for your qualifications until they are received. You will be advised of the deadline for this within your appointment letter.
