Siddal Moor is an 11-16 community secondary school serving Heywood and the wider area. In 2016, Siddal Moor was the most improved school within the borough – an achievement that was well-deserved, having been brought about by the hard work and dedication of our students and staff.

 

From 1st September 2017, we are looking to appoint a talented Head of History to join a dedicated and talented team of Humanities staff. The successful candidate will…

  • have experience of teaching History at KS3 and KS4,
  • have a record of successful KS4 results,
  • possess the ability to provide excellent teaching and develop outstanding practice within the History department,
  • have the passion to make a genuine difference and the leadership ability to make a positive change.
