Wardle Trust are currently seeking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistant’s Level 2 (Level 1 TA’s will also be considered), to work in our Secondary school: Wardle Academy.

 

We require highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work in close liaison with class teachers and the SENDCo to support students with a range of additional needs. The successful candidates will work mainly in classrooms supporting individuals or groups, and has a commitment to excellence for all pupils, providing a supportive and effective role to teaching and learning. The successful candidates will be a good team member with the ability to use their initiative.

 

We have high expectations for all of our students and the successful candidates will be expected to reinforce these expectations whilst providing appropriate support.

This position is temporary, linked to funding for specific students within the SEN base. Expected length of contract is a minimum of 12 months.
