The governing body of St. Michael’s C of E Primary School would like to appoint a TA4 to join our team. The position involves supporting a student who has a social communication disorder. Applicants must have good communication skills – both written and verbal. The successful candidate will have :- a commitment to removing barriers to learning, high expectations, an understanding of social communication disorder, promote the school ethos and values, demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, be able to work on own initiative.
