Salary: £19,554 - £21,166 per annum pro rata

Working Hours: 80/100 hours over a four week period. This will require working in a varying shift pattern, including evenings and weekends

Rochdale Adult Care Service is pleased to offer permanent and temporary Personal Assistant positions within the Short Term Assessment and Reablement Service (STARS).
STARS provide early, intensive support to people living in their own homes for up to six weeks. We actively encourage and support people to regain their independence and relearn daily living skills they may have lost due to illness or a recent hospital admission.
The post holder should have experience of providing care in either a paid or voluntary capacity, be highly motivated, work with a reablement approach and work flexibly across the Borough of Rochdale. In return you will have the opportunity to develop and improve skills within a supportive and enthusiastic team.
The post attracts a casual mileage allowance.
Appointment to this post is subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service including a barred list check against the Adult Workforce.
