The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting pupils with EHC plans.
· Demonstrate a willingness to support the Catholic ethos of our school (All faiths are welcome to apply.)
· An exemplary practitioner with knowledge, understanding and experience of working in EYFS/KS1/KS2 environment
· Exhibit excellent practice to inspire and motivate children
· The ability to promote reading across the school and within the home
· Effective organisational skills to meet deadlines
· Good communication and sound interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
· Show a commitment to professional development and reflective practice
· Demonstrate confidence and flexibility
