The Headteacher, Governors and children of our friendly school are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant initially in phase 3, although the post could work in any area of the schooll.

The posts will work under the direction/supervision of teaching staff. Applicants are required to be enthusiastic, warm and friendly, and ideally experienced in supporting children with a range of learning difficulties, and preferably with a background in behavior support. The job will include a contribution to the delivery of a differentiated curriculum enabling meaningful inclusion and access to learning.

 

You will:
•Enjoy working with children.
•Have the appropriate childcare qualifications.
•Work well with other staff and agencies.
•Be well motivated, have a positive attitude and be emotionally resilient.
•Have the ability to work in a 1:1 situation and to teach small groups.
