We are looking to recruit a part time caretaker to job share with our current experienced caretaker. The successful candidate will work 2.30pm to 5.45pm and will have day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of our school building and grounds, reporting to the School Business Manager. This will include the securing of the school building and grounds each night.

We are looking for:

  • someone who will take pride in making sure our school building and grounds provide the right environment for children and staff to work and learn;
  • a good team member who can also work using their own initiative;
  • someone who can provide a high level of cleanliness and hygiene for everyone in school
  • someone who has an understanding of health and safety in public buildings.
