Rochdale Council Highways department is looking for an enthusiastic Parking Administrator to work in a busy Parking Services team. The post holder will provide support to Senior Parking Administrator and manage the day to day systems and processes within the Parking Services team.

You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to enable you to deal with customers in challenging scenarios. A key element of the role will be the ability to engage with the public in responding to enquiries regarding Penalty Charge Notices.
