The Governors of Middleton Parish Church School are looking to appoint outstanding, innovative and inspirational part time Pastoral Officer. The successful applicant will join our very effective pastoral team at an exciting time in our development and will take an important role in driving forward our agenda for excellence.

The appointed candidate will have:

  • The vision to help drive the school forward
  • A full understanding of the distinctiveness of our Christian School and be fully supportive of our ethos
  • A high level of interpersonal skills used with pupils, adults and professionals.
  • A record of successful experience of contribution to multi agency meetings
  • The ability to plan, organise, manage and prioritise records and own workload
  • An understanding of the barriers to learning faced by disadvantaged children
  • A commitment to excellence for all students

We can offer enthusiastic and motivated children, friendly and supportive staff and an opportunity to take a major role in the future development of our successful school.
